- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for Project #MPLS 08-0072. This notice is NOT a solicitation, but is posted to make businesses aware that a solicitation for Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be posted no later than 27 Jul 2009. This RESTRICTED ACQUISITION is set aside for only HUBZone concerns and all interested suppliers and manufacturers must contact a HUBZONE contractor(s) for potential work. The Period of Performance is 278 days (estimated). NAICS Code: 238220. Size Standard $14M. This project is for the design and installation Ultra Violet Germicidal Irradiators (UVGI) into 160 Air Handling Units (AHUs) located in troop dormitories. There will be a UV light source placed upstream of the coils and a UV light source placed downstream of the coils. All drain pans shall be exposed to the UV light to control the airborne and surface microbial growth and transfer. Estimated Cost of Proposed Acquisition is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
