- NSN: 5977-01-359-7378, Holder Assemblyl. Approved source is Airflyte Electronics Company, cage 99200. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery is 120 days aro. FOB Destination, I&A Destination. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 380 each. Solicited unstricted on an other than Full and Open competitive basis. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is July 31, 2009.
