- The purpose of this web-posting is to give advance notice of a pending Request for Offers (RFO) for the subject project. This web-posting currently includes a project scope of work (attached). The FAA point-of-contact listed above will post a complete RFO to this website within a few days, which will include a detailed Scope of Work, contract clauses, and requirements for submitting an offer. - Davis Bacon Act wage rates apply. - Estimated value: Between $50,000 - $75,000.- ATTACHMENT, Scope of Work: SLE02-Summary of work-rev 1.pdf SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY. Replace the existing TASKER 500 RVR with a Teledyne RVR for runway 13/31 at McNary Field in Salem, Oregon. Remove and demolish the existing Tasker, including all steel, concrete and wires.
