- This is a special notice to inform the public of the use of the Recovery Act funds. RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACT #W9126G-09-C-0031, Mediterranean Cement Company, Inc. The Contract Specialist for this action will be DeYon Francis (817) 886-1046; or by e-mail at deyon.a.francis@usace.army.mil. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and any other tasks necessary to procure and deliver the rock products to the designated areas at Jim Chapman/ Cooper Lake, Wright Patman Lake, and Lake O the Pines. Section 00 72 00 Contract Clauses bonding requirements and in accordance with the stated CLIN quantities of the modification specified under each Specification, and all other terms and conditions of the above referenced contract for the Piney Woods Regional Office and Lake of the Pines, Jefferson, Texas. NAICS code is 212319. Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.
