- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION.. NO FURTHER SOLICIATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Q9833090141 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. (iv) This procurement is being issued as Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 332322 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items:1) Quantity 56 each, Anular 9C 24" non-flanged end culvert bands.2) Quantity 96 each Culvert 24" x 20', 16 gauge, non flanged, per specifications below. Culverts and bands must meet AASHTO M36/ASTM A760, Type I Corrugated Metal Pipe: 68mm X 13mm (2 2/3" X " Corrugation 1.63mm (16 Gage..064" Pipe Helical Seam: LockseamPipe Material: Galvanized Steel Per ASSHTO M218/ASTM A 929Band Material: Galvanized Steel Per ASSHTO M218/ASTM A 929, 4- bolt wide styleBands shall be Anular 9C 24" Non-Flanged endCulverts shall match these bands with the Non-flanged end 3) Please ensure that all shipping charges (F.O.B. Destination) are included into the cost of the above items.
