- Description
- The solicitation for this project will be issued on or about August 6, 2009 with responses due on September 4, 2009. The set aside is 100% HUBZone. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project will result in a paved highway pull off with RV parking and an ADA parking area. The work includes, but is not limited to, construction staking, culvert installation, permanent pavement marking, roadway excavation, embankment construction, gridroll subbase and aggregate basecourse construction as well as placing an asphalt wearing surface. PROJECT LOCATION: This project is located off highway 26 east of Prairie City about 8.5 miles. The site sits along highway 26th about ½ mile before the existing Sumpter Valley Railroad trail head.
