- RECOVERY PROJECT AWARD: This project has been awarded. This project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This contract is awarded under the terms and conditions of Federal Supply Schedule 03FAC Facilities Maintenance and Management Schedule, Category 871 Energy Management, Water Conservation and Support Services. The contract is awarded to Heery International, see address below. The award amount is $187,446.46. This acquisition is to provide Retro-Commissioning (Retro-Cx) Studies for federal building numbers 905 and 911 referred to as the ‘Eastside Portland Complex' located in Portland, OR. The Retro-Commissioning Studies are necessary to support the energy conservation and sustainability measures to be implemented as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The Retro-Commissioning Study is focused on the building systems which affect energy use and indoor environment.
