- building photos Solicitation Description of work: The work shall consist of removing and disposing of the cedar shingle roof systems, and furnishing and installing one new cedar roof shingle systems on the Meyers Creek Garage/Shop Roof. All galvanized roof caps, flashing, vent pipes, and other appurtenances shall be replaced. The basketball hoop shall be removed and disposed of. Note: The sheathing shall not be included in the bid price. Sheathing shall be inspected by the COR prior to shingle placement. If sheathing replacement is required, the replacement will be negotiated at a later time and should not be included in the bid. Unless otherwise provided, furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies, and perform all work required to complete the project. The Contractor shall be responsible for all building measurements to determine necessary quantities and sizes of materials to be supplied.
