- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION.. NO FURTHER SOLICIATION WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Q9833090140 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations. (iv) This procurement is being issued as Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 423720 with a Small Business Size Standard of 100 employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following item: 1) Quantity 19 each, On demand LP ( Propane) water heaters. Outside mount, minimum of 3.9 GPM flow at 80 degree increase in temperature. Isolation and pressure relief valves for both hot and cold. Recessed wall mount box to mount heater into. Electronic ignition actuated by water flow. Automatic freeze protection. LP BTU 190,000.Size 20 1/2 inches x 13.8 inches x 8.5 inches. Takagi model # T-K3-OS, or approved equal. 2) Please ensure that all shipping charges (F.O.B. Destination) are included into the cost of the above items. Shipped to Milepost 237 Parks Highway, Denali Park, 99755-0001 Delivery 9/01/2009The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
