- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. A separate written solicitation M67400-09-T-0245 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 16 July 2009. In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.202(12). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32 and Defense Acquisition Circular DCN 20090115. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 423440. The Government intends on issuing a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the offeror that represents the best value to the government. The following factors will be considered when determining the best value: price and technical capability. The government is willing to accept "BRAND NAME/or EQUAL" items for all CLINs. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows: Item 0001: Vulcan Double Stand-Alone Kettle (Floor mount) (1 ea). (Brand Name/Equal)Item 0002: Stratos Modular Deck Oven, Electric (2 ea). (Brand Name/Equal)Item 0003: SaniServ Ice Cream Machine (3 ea) (Brand Name/Equal)Item 0004: Cleveland Combination Oven w/ Trolley, Electric (2 ea) (Brand Name/Equal)Item 0005: Randell Griddle, Electric (4 ea) (Brand Name/Equal)Item 0006: Hatco Carving Station (1 ea) (Brand Name/Equal) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. Solicitation will be available on or after 16 July 2009.
