- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Tour-Mate Systems Limited, 137 street Regis Crescent South, Toronto, Ontario M3J1Y6, this is an upgrade to the newest version of Tour-mate Edit Capability Software already loaded on a dedicated BEP Laptop Computer. This Procurement action is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302.1.
