- NSN 1640-00-789-1088, PR number 0022690730, wire rope assembly used on Navy Ships. Solicitation is for 1,554 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 56 days After Receipt of Order. Navy drawing 803-1313815 revision B dated 2/1/84, P/N 803-1313815. Configuration Contol applies. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the “C folders” link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation. Solicitation is Full and open competition after exclusion of sources, 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is August 03, 2009 with a closing date of September 03, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters
