- Delivery Schedule: Offerors shall include a proposed schedule for work effort with a completion date not to exceed 30 Sep 09. Delivery schedule will be used as an evaluation factor for technical acceptability. Past Performance: Offerors shall submit three (3) references for relevant past performance with the proposal. Site Visit A Site Visit is scheduled for Monday, 20 July 2009 at 1:00 p.m. central time. The purpose of this visit is to view the facility and current equipment. Please notify Carol Vickers not later than 9:00 a.m. on Monday, 20 July 2009 at carol.vickers@hurlburt.af.mil or fax to Carol Vickers at 850-884-5372 your intent to attend the site visit including names of all attendees and attendee’s social security number or driver’s license number with state of issue. In order to drive on a Hurlburt Field you must bring: valid automobile registration, proof of automobile insurance and valid driver’s license.
