- Wage Determination - Titus County (TX146_dvb) Tuppen WRP - Sheet 5 Tuppen WRP - Sheet 4 Tuppen WRP - Sheet 3 Tuppen WRP - Sheet 2 Tuppen WRP - Sheet 1 TUPPEN WRP - Technical Specifications Dawson WRP Sheet 4 Dawson WRP Sheet 3 Dawson WRP Sheet 2 Dawson WRP Sheet 1 (Cover Sheet) DAWSON WRP - Technical Specifications Solicitation - BID SCHEDULES/CLAUSES SF1442 The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service is seeking a Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to complete Titus County WRP Restoration construction project. DESCRIPTION OF WORK Works consist of constructing ridge/swale microtopography (excavaction and earthfill), dike, and water structure (corrugated metal pipe, concrete, and earthwork) to restore a wetland area. The work of this section shall include the supply of all labor, material and equipment: Specification for Mobilization. To transport all needed labor, material and equipment to and from the project site (See Specifications for full details). Specification for Excavation. For the excavation, hauling, and spreading of materials from within the limits of the cut area as shown on the plans as well as excavation of suitable materials from burrows and excavation. (See Specification for full details). Specification for Embankment Construction. Required to complete the construction of the pipes and dams/dikes or roadway embankments. (See Specification for full details). Specification for Water Control Structures. In order to complete the work which consists of coupling the structure to the pipe; excavation; bed preparation; installation of culverts, structures, and associated hardware as shown on the plans, (See Specification for full details). See Technical Specification Dawson WRP DU-TX-123-022 and Tuppen WRP DU-TX-123-009 attachments to the Solicitation. TIME FRAMES/DATE. Performance time, including mobilization is 97 days. PRICE. The Government estimated price range for the project is between $100,000 to $250,000. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.1 and 6.4. The Small Business size standard is based on the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which is $33.5 million average annual income. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. This is SEALED BID PROCUREMENT. Interested and qualified firms must submit their bid no later than 1:00 pm, August 25, 2009 to the attention of Danny Mandell, Contracting Officer at the contracting office address listed in this notice. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a federal contract.
