- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation BPD-TTB-09-CI-0010 is issued as a request for proposals (RFP). Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-0034. The NAICS code 334210 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. The contract will be for a one-year period with four one-year option periods. The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau intends to award a fixed-price contract for BIG-IP Switch, installation and maintenance. The brand name justification is available upon request in writing. TTB reserves the right to purchase any or all optional line items at any time during the life of the contract.
