- RECOVERY--Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), the US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, will issue a request for quotes for a firm-fixed price contract for a compact track loader delivered to Pomme de Terre Lake Project, near Hermitage, Missouri. The NAICS code for this project is 423810, 423830 and the size standard is 100 employees. This solicitation will be set aside for small business. Vendors will need to go to the AFSI website to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Solicitation should be available 31 July 2009. Please note that vendors must currently be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and Online Registration and Certification Application (ORCA). Additionally there are some unique reporting requirements relevant to the use of ARRA funds (see FAR 52.204-11 for details).
