- JOTFOC RFQ Package Thiis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation package is attached. HSCG27-09-Q-5PT651 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-31. This is a small business set aside procurement; the applicable NAICS number is 332331 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The FOB Destination delivery is to: USCG Air Station Atlantic City, NJ on or before 21 Aug 2009. Offers are due at: USCG ISC Portsmouth, VA, by the Close of Business 31 July 2009.
