- Description
- Justification Solicitation DISA/DITCO, intends to issue a sole source contract to MITEM Corporation, 640 Menlo Avenue, Menlo Park, CA 94025. This acquisition is for MITEM Software Maintenance and Support Renewal. The software being maintained is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 6 Aug 09 through 5 Aug 10. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance renewal must complete the attached solicitation, HC1013-09-T-2190, and submit it via email to lynn.buss@disa.mil no later than 2:00 PM (CST) on Wednesday, 22 July 2009. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The NAICS code is 511210 for this procurement. The justification detailing the government's essential need for MITEM Software Maintenance is attached.
