- Wage Determination - Lamar County (TX144 dvb) Milford WRP - Sheet 11 Milford WRP - Sheet 10 Milford WRP - Sheet 9 Milford WRP - Sheet 8 Milford WRP - Sheet 7 Milford WRP - Sheet 6 Milford WRP - Sheet 5 Milford WRP - Sheet 4 Milford WRP - Sheet 3 Milford WRP - Sheet 2 Milford WRP - Sheet 1 MILFORD WRP - Technical Specifications Solicitation - BID SCHEDULE/CLAUSES SF1442 The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service is seeking a Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to complete Lamar County WRP Restoration construction project. DESCRIPTION OF WORK Works consist of constructing ridge/swale microtopography (excavaction and earthfill), dike, ponds, and water control structure (corrugated metal pipe, concrete, and earthwork) to restore a wetland area. The work of this section shall include the supply of all labor, material and equipment: Specification for Mobilization. To transport all needed labor, material and equipment to and from the project site (See Specifications for full details). Specification for Excavation. For the removal of all materials encountered within the limits of excavation as shown on the drawings or as staked. (See Specification for full details). Specification for Embankment Construction. Required to complete the construction of the pipes and dams/dikes or roadway embankments as shown on the plans and as staked in the field. (See Specification for full details). Specification for Water Control Structures. To complete the installation of the culverts and water control structures with appurtenances as called for on the drawings and/or specified herein. (See Specification for full details). See Technical Specification Milford WRP DU-TX-123-005 attached to the Solicitation. TIME FRAMES/DATE. Performance time, including mobilization is 108 days. PRICE. The Government estimated price range for the project is between $100,000 to $250,000. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 6.1 and 6.4. The Small Business size standard is based on the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which is $33.5 million average annual income. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. This is SEALED BID PROCUREMENT. Interested and qualified firms must submit their bid no later than 2:30 pm, August 25, 2009 to the attention of Danny Mandell, Contracting Officer at the contracting office address listed in this notice. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be considered for an award of a federal contract.
