- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the commercial buy for Solicitation No. NIHCL20009034 for laboratory services and supplies. The award date will be approximately November 1, 2009 with offers due by September 1, 2009, 2:00 PM EDST. This solicitation will be a firm fixed price contract. The terms and conditions in effect with the Federal Acquisition Regulations. A written solicitation will not be issued. The proposals will be delivered to National Institutes of Health, 9000 Rockville Pike, Building 10, Room 2C537C, Bethesda, Maryland 20892. The technical should be in a separate envelope mark technical and the cost should submitted in a separate envelope marked cost. The government will award to the responsible offeror, whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that is considered to be most advantageous to the Government with technical being considered scientifically more important than cost. The NAICS Code is 621511. All offerors interested in submitting a proposal must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) payments will be made using the electronic transfer for payments.
