- The US Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency is interested in leasing approximately 3,040 net square feet of contiguous, first class, high quality office space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,888 contiguous ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (OASF). The lease term requirement is for five (5) years with one (1) five-year renewal option. To be considered, the office location must be within the boundaries of: US Highway 82 to the North, South Dewey Avenue to the East, Old Dorchester Road to the South, and SFM 1417 to the West in Sherman, Texas. Preference will be given to first floor space. Occupancy is required by November 1, 2009. All expressions of interests must be received by August 15, 2009.
