- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9124L-05-D-0000-TOC-09-052. This is not a solicitation. This is a notice of the Governments intent to award a competitive firm fixed price Task Order on an existing Indefinite Delivery /Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) contract for maintenance repair, and minor new construction services which was previously competed in accordance with the 8(A) set-a-side and reserved for Oklahoma 8(A) firms. PROJECT INFORMATION: The contractor shall provide all plant, materials, labor, and equipment to resurface Tower Two Road from Mow-Way to Four-Mile Crossing at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The project will include pavement milling of old asphalt, installation of pavement fabric and 3 inches of ODOT type B wear course asphalt, re-establishment of gravel shoulders, and pavement markings.
