Delivery FOB Destination to DEF DIST DEPOT BARSTOW, Mark For M98551, CENTRAL RECEIVING WHSE 7 BARSTOW CA 92311-5014. The following clauses are added 52.219-9 Small Business Subcontracting Plan; 52.219-16 Liquidated Damages-Subcontracting Plan; 252.226-7001 Utilization Of Indian Organizations And Indian-Owned Economic Enterprises; And Native Hawaiian Small Business Concerns; 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements have been added to clauses. The time for receipt of the proposal has changed to 24 July 2009. The following responses are provided in response to questions received. Question 1. Is the Gov't only seeking the exact sensor listed in the Solicitation or is a like item acceptable? Answer 1. The Government is seeking the exact Sensor listed in the Solicitation.
