- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. This RFP has the following line items: Basic Period (15 Sep 2009-14 Sep 2010):CLIN 0001Upgrade/Replace Speech Works Solutions from Scan Soft; CLIN 0002Data Not Separately Priced.Option Period I (15 Sep 2010-14 Sep 2011):CLIN 1001Upgrade/Replace Speech Works Solutions from Scan Soft;CLIN 1002Data Not Separately Priced.Option Period II (15 Sep 2011-14 Sep 2012): CLIN 2001Upgrade/Replace Speech Works Solutions from Scan Soft;CLIN 2002Data Not Separately Priced.Option Period III (15 Sep 2012-14 Sep 2013):CLIN 3001Upgrade/Replace Speech Works Solutions from Scan Soft;CLIN 3002Data Not Separately Priced.Option Period IV (15 Sep 2013-14 Sep 2014):CLIN 4001Upgrade/Replace Speech Works Solutions from Scan Soft;CLIN 4002Data Not Separately Priced. Proposals must price each line item listed above in conjunction with the attached Performance Work Statement. Services to be performed for: 88th Communications Group, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433. Payment terms: monthly, net 30. The following clauses and provisions apply: 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 52.222-50, 52.223-16, 52.227-19, 252.212-7001, 252.232-7003, 252.232-7010 and 5352.201-9101. The Government may award without discussions. WPAFB intends to award to Dugdale Communications Inc, Indianapolis IN. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Justification: Services required are available from only one responsible source and no other type will satisfy agency requirements.
