- The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain repairs/upgrades in the Naval Opeations Support Center, Spokane, Wa. The work includes Interior Wall and Trim Painting, Recarpeting existing carpeted areas, minor improvements to the galley/break room and replacement of exterior door and frame at building 9. A bid bond is required. A payment and performance bond will be required of the successful proposer. Work must be complete within 90 calendar days after award of the contract.
