- Description
- This is a window replacement project in a building that was built in the early 1900s and is on the National Historic Register. The contractor should be able to remove and repair/finish windows throughout the building; repair/refinish wood sills and frames; replace broken window panes; restore and/or paint/preserve natural finish of ornamental metal, including replacement of missing or damaged hardware; and repair and/or replace loose plaster from hallways, entry area, and ceilings. This work will be performed in an occupied building with a high level of public traffic, and should involve minimal impact on the tenants and visitors. The General Services Administration/Public Buildings Service is seeking sources that are 8(a), HUBZone, and Service Disabled Veteran business suppliers.
