- Description
- The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to D.R.S. Technical Services, Inc., 12930 Worldgate Drive Ste. 700, Herndon, VA 20170 for the purchase and installation of a ELSAG License Plate Recognition System that will be utilized by the Security Forces Squadron, using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of FAR 6.302-1. Persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, the Government will consider all quotations received by 23 July 2009, 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a subsequent competitive procurement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration by the 11th Contracting Squadron to SSgt Jeremy O.
