- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this acquisition is M20001-09-Q-0003 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ); the resulting purchase order shall be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) order. This solicitation document and its incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-35. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business concerns (100% small business set-aside) and has a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 333912 and a size standard of 500. The following contract line items (CLINs) are required: LINE ITEM 0001: Portable gas air compressor, HP 8.0, 1 ea, Mfr # 4GB45, by Speedaire; LINE ITEM 0002: Hazmat safety storage cabinet capacity 30 gallons, 1 ea, Mfr # 1932, by Eagle; LINE ITEM 0003: 20 ton jack stands air velocity transmitter, 0 to 15000FPM, 8 ea; Mfr #641RM-12, by Dwyer Instruments; LINE ITEM 0004: Hydraulic service jack, 20 ton floor, 2 ea, Mfr #1MZK2, by Westward; LINE ITEM 0005: Shelving unit size: 48w x 24d x 84h, Mfr # 1, by EDSAL; LINE ITEM 0006: Shelving unit, size: 60w x 24d x 84h, Mfr # 1, by EDSAL; LINE ITEM 0007: 5000psi pressure washer, flow 4.0 GPM, Mfr # GC-5004-1MGH, by MI-T-M; LINE ITEM 0008: Outdoor storage shed, extra large, size: 6ft 11in H, 5 ft 6in W, 7ft9in D, Mfr # GS9000, by Suncast; LINE ITEM 0009: Wheel ramps, riser, truck wheel, LxWxH 66x18x12, Mfr # ATWR-18-12-66, by Vestil. These items are being solicited as brand name or equal. If equal product is submitted, please provide specification for comparison. Delivery shall be FOB Origin. Delivery address for all supplies and services within this solicitation is: MCSFR Supply, Bldg MCA-614, Camp Allen, Norfolk Va. 23551. Registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is mandatory in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. Request for payment must be submitted via the Internet through the Wide Area Workflow Receipt and Acceptance (WAWF RA) system at https://wawf.eb.mil.
