- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911SR-09-T-0009. The U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Contracting Center, Edgewood Branch intends to solicit, negotiate and award a contract to Oahu Land Trust, 212 Merchant Street, Suite 320, Honolulu, HI 98132, to provide technical support to the U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii to meet endangered species and training mission objectives through the Army Compatible Use Buffer (ACUB) program. Oahu Land Trust is the only known source who can perform this effort. The proposed effort will be solicited on the basis of other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed effort will be procured in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures. The period of performance for the proposed effort is one year. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 541620 with $7.0 M dollars. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement.
