- This synopsis provides notice of the governments intent to award on a sole source basis to IBUSINESS SOLUTIONS, INC. 5001 AMERICAN BLVD W. STE 505, MINNEAPOLIS MN 55437-1349. The contract type is to be a Firm Fixed Price commercial type contract. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, IBUSINESS SOLUTIONS, INC., Inc. is the original manufacturer and the only authorized source available to provide updates and maintenance for this requirement. INTEGO MAP INTELLIGENCE Software is currently is currently being used to provide targeted mailing services for the US Army Accessions Command. Modifying or changing the current system; testing, training and validation costs, in addition to the logistical costs of managing any other system would not be advantageous for the government. Interested persons may respond in writing to this notice no later than 1:00 PM (EST), Friday, 24 July 2009. Award is expected to be on or about 31 July 2009.
