The vehicles will include production-seized cars, trucks, vans, motorcycles, etc. It is the intent of the USMS to award a commercial item contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures with a contract term consisting of a base year with four one-year options for a total of five years. This solicitation is Set-aside 100% for Small Business. It is anticipated that Solicitation No. DJMS-09-Q-0054 will be issued on or before August 4, 2009. The estimated response date will be September 2, 2009. The solicitation will be available through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web-site: www.fbo.gov. The FedBizOpps web site provides downloading instructions. Future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through the FedBizOpps site.
