- J&A sole source signed In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Williams Scotsman Inc. for various sizes of mobile modular units at the Service Processing Center (SPC), Florence, Arizona. The NAICS Code is 453930 and the Size Standard is 500 employees. Williams Scotsman is presently providing the lease for seven (7) mobile modular units for the above stated facility. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 1:00 PM PST on July 22, 2009. Such inputs will be evaluated solely of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government..
