- The United States Government seeks to lease Warehouse Space consisting of approximately 6,800 rentable square feet with sufficient parking spaces to meet the local code requirement. Space must be located within the following delineated area: Spokane, WA: within 4 miles of I-90 between Liberty Lake and Airway Heights The space should yield 6,800 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. The offered space must be contiguous and meet Government requirements for Fire Safety, and Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS). Property located within a base floodplain (100 year flood plain) or wetland will not be considered.
