Description
*Vendor Questions* This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for Tyndall AFB for the following commercial items: "BRAND NAME OR EQUAL" Item 1: Activ! Voice Recording Licenses per activated channel. Designate three licenses for priority playback, incident reconstruction, reports package, client set-up, archive manager, and event log. (Brand Name or Equal) QTY: 13 EA Item 2: Public Safety enhanced Feature Set Package. Include ANI/ALI, Caller ID, Activ Instant Recall Licenses for six workstations, site licenses for live monitor over LAN network. Voice recorder must have PSAP with recreation 10 channels Analog. (Brand Name or Equal) QTY: 1 EA Item 3: Server Activation License for each capture server. Voice or screen recording. QTY: 1 EA Item 4: Tower Chassis-Win2003 Server (Raid 1: Dual 250 GB Drives). DVD Arching Drive (Brand Name or Equal) QTY: 1 EA Item 5: Computer Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse and Speakers Package (including all hardware and wiring) QTY: 1 EA Item 6: Sliding Rail or Shelf Kit QTY: 1 EA Item 7: 8 Port Analog Interface card QTY: 2 EA Item 8: 5 pack DVD Ram 9.4 GB QTY: 1 EA Item 9: DVD Cleaning Kit QTY: 1 EA Item 10: DVD Media Cleaning Kit QTY: 1 EA Item 11: Installation All voice recorder equipment must be installed QTY: 1 EA Item 12: Maintenance Plan *We are requiring a 4 year maintenance plan - total (can include standard manufacturer warranty). We need at least a 3 hour response time for maintenance on the voice recorder equipment. 24/7 phones support, parts onsite Monday-Friday service. QTY: 1 EA If providing an "or equal" please submit details and specifications of your product. This synopsis and solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 423620 applies to this procurement. The small business size standard is: 500 Employees. This procurement is being issued as HUBZONE Competitive set-aside. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offertory--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
