- PR#IQC09154009056, ISSUE DATE 3 AUG 09/ CLOSE DATE 3 SEP 09 This solicitation to result in a firm fixed price, indefinite quanitty contract for 1560-01-272-8404, Window Panel, Aircraft. Item description is i/a/w Sikorsky Aircraft CAGE 78286 Dwg 70206-01001 REV T 28 AUG 02 and AMCOM CAGE 81996 Procurement Package 70206-01001 REV G dated 25 NOV 03 P/N 70206-01001-105. The contract is for a base and four option years. A flexible option is included. Solicitation is 100% SBSA, full and open competition after exclusion of a source. A drawing package is available however item is export control restricted. Only vendors with JCP certification may obtain drawing. Item is critical application. Mylars required. Contractor First Article Testing and Government FIT Testing apply. Estimated Annual Demand is 480 each, Annual Contract Maximum is 960 each SURGE Applies - MWR is 7. The following terms apply: Offers are accepted FOB destination or origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin, Delivery 239 DARO including FAT/FIT. Ship to locations will be CONUS Stock locations as specified on delivery orders. Electronic offers are not acceptable.
