- This amendment to hereby add the following details to this Solicitation: All three containers must be new models. Used models will not be acceptable. Two containers will be insulated with Air Conditioners and one container will not be insulated as well as no air conditioner. Insulation should be enough to allow for adequate climate control of the container. AC units need to be large enough to provide adequate climate control to the containers. All three containers require 120 V electric with outlets on the inside. Interior finish can be plywood or any material that would allow us to attach something to. Outside color is requested to be Border Patrol Green. Offloading, installation and setup will need to be added to the price quote; however the Government will provide their own electrician to hook the containers up to the power source. 24" Lyon Rack shelves are acceptable as long as the particle board decking is included and they are a sturdy model (Suggested model #73026). 6' long, 24" deep and 7' high. 30 units will be adequate. Please do not include installation of the shelving in the price quote. The Government will provide installation of the shelving once the containers are received on site. The surface will be concrete and there will be access via road to the site. A curtain will not be required since the container will only remain open for short periods of time. All other terms and conditions of the original RFQ details remain the same.
