- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER RFQ380630. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GENERAL SERVICE ADMINISTRATION-GSA FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE (FSS) This action is being procured as part of the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act (ARRA) of 2009. This is not a solicitation. The full acquisition package inclusive of specifications will be available only by accessing GSA's e-Buy system under RFQ 380630. The posting will occur on 17 July 2009 and will be open for competitive pricing (fair opportunity) through 22 July 2009. The requirement is being advertised under GSAs Schedule 56, Warehouse Equipment and Supplies, Category 361 05, Work and Service Platforms. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Tulsa District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intend to issue a firm fixed price delivery order against an existing GSA schedule contract for the supply of one (1) Genie Z-34/22 Bi-Energy Motorized Man Lift (or equal). Note. Only contractors who have accepted the terms, conditions, and reporting requirements of the Recovery Act modification to their GSA contract are eligible to participate in ARRA RFQs on GSA eBuy.
