- The pre-solicitation synopsis notice dated 06/26/2009 for the procurement of document declassification security review services in support of NCIS, is hereby amended to change the contract type from Time and Materials (T&M), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ. All other terms of the prior pre-solicitation synopsis notice remain unchanged. Solicitation N00189-09-R-Z065 is anticipated to be released before close of business on Friday, 07/17/2009 on a competitive, unrestricted basis. The solicitation upon its release will be made available at https://www.neco.navy.mil.
