Specs MEP Part 3 Specs MEP Part 4 Specs MEP Part 5 Specs MEP Part 1 BRAC Storage THIS IS OPEN SMALL BUSINESS KANSAS ARMY & AIR NATIONAL GUARD MATOC CONTRACTORS. PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE HELD WEDNESDAY, 22 JULY 2009 AT 10:30 a.m., BLDG 673, FORBES FIELD, TOPEKA, KS. PROPOSALS ARE DUE WEDNESDAY, 5 AUG 09 AT 2:00 P.M.. FAX PROPOSALS TO 785 274-1642 OR E-MAIL TO linda.j.criss@us.army.mil PROJECT SUMMARY: Project consists of the following work: This project consists of a Aerospace Equipment Storage Building for the Kansas Air National Guard. •1) Building includes a pre-engineered metal building system, concrete slab on grade, and concrete footings. •2) Mechanical systems include gas-fired radiant heaters, with alternate system consisting of a water to water heat pump with geothermal loop, ventilation, and fire sprinkler systems. Electrical systems consist of normal electrical work for power. •3) Site work includes rigid paving, security lighting, and underground electrical, plumbing and gas services. (Drawings & Specifications are a part of this project, and are a part of the Contract Documents). Obtaining Drawings, Specifications and Bidding Documents: Bidders shall obtain from website www.fbo.gov.
