- Modification #0001 incorporates the following entries that did not process cleary in the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation # RMH000090033. 1. Pad Mount Transformer, 25kVA, Quantity 5 EACH (a.) Primary Voltage - 12,470 Grd. Y/7,200 volt, high voltage bushing(s) (b.) 240/120 volt, 3 porcelain bushings (c.) kVA Rating Number = 25 (d.) Internal bayonet fuses (e.) Two (2) high voltage load break bushing wells for loop feed applications (f.) Low-voltage 4-hole spade (g.) Oil level sight window or gauge inside one of the compartments (h.) Four (4) 2.5% primary taps below rated voltage, exterior of tap changer to be metal. (i.) Dead front, feed thru. (j.) Physical Presentation, Type I or Type II acceptable. THE ABOVE IDENTIFICATIONS FOR LINE ITEM 1 OR IDENTICAL TO LINE ITEM 2 REQUIREMENTS, EXCEPT: (c.) kVA Rating Number = 50 All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
