- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER W912CN-09-R-0069 to West Coast Roofing, Inc. This is not a solicitation. The Directorate of Public Works has a requirement to replace the leaking roof, Building 582, Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii. It is the intent of the Government to award an 8(a) Sole Source firm fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238160; size standard $14 million. PROJECT INFORMATION: This project will provide the necessary materials, labor and equipment to replace the leaking roof of Building 582, Schofield Barracks, Oahu, Hawaii and related work as needed.
