- RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS BEING PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR LISTED UNDER THE SBA 8(A) PROGRAM requirement number for Koman, Inc. Project Information:The U.S. Fish and Wildlife is soliciting unit price bids for Base Course material (D1) consisting of a standard 1" Minus crushed leveling course material. The material will be used to spot repair headquarters office roads and parking lots at the Kodiak National Wildlife refuge headquarters in Kodiak Alaska. The scope of this contract will be split into a base bid and bid additive #1. The base bid shall consist of a unit price per cubic yard of material to be delivered to the refuge headquarters site indicated in the scope of work and stock piled at a location indicated by the maintenance supervisor. Bid additive #1. shall consist of delivering to the site, placing the material at the repair locations designated by the refuge maintenance supervisor, and shall include compaction and final grading. CLIN 0001Base Bid Item OneContractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide Base Course material (D1) consisting of a standard 1" Minus crushed leveling course material The material will be used to spot repair the Headquarters roads and parking lots. When submitting your quote, please provide a detailed price/cost to perform this Bid Item. Unit Price Per Cubic yard for delivery/stockpiling of 350 cubic yards: $____________________________________________________________________________________________The Optional bid item listed below may be added at any time during the performance of the contract and are dependent upon available funding. All Optional bid item pricing shall include applicable profit and overhead. CLIN 0002Optional Bid Item One:Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to place the material in the Base Bid at designated locations outlined by the refuge maintenance supervisor and shall include compaction and final grading. When submitting your quote, please provide a detailed price/cost to perform this Bid Item. Compaction of 180 cubic yards of D1 and graded in place : $________________ Estimated Price Range: Between $15,000.00 and $25,000.00 The awarded contract will be firm fixed price and shall be FOB destination. Award is contingent upon the award recipient meeting the requirements of Section 1512 of the Recovery Act.
