- An extension is being granted to allow additional time for submission of RFQ's. The closing date has been changed to August 14, 2009, 4:30 pm. Any questions relating to this project should be submitted no later than July 31, 2009, 4:30 pm. All questions and aswers received will be provided in another amendment if received to this RFQ. In the subject line reference #68707-Questions. Ensure that all directions as required by FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of the RFQ are completed. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This acquisition is a total small business set aside. Interested offerors shall follow the instructions included in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) for preparing and submitting their quote. Questions pertaining to this requirement are due no later than July 8, 2009, 4:30pm ET. Submit all questions via email to the Contract Specialist at lqw5@cdc.gov. In the subject line insert RFQ#68707 - Questions. Offerors shall submit their quotes vial email by the response due date and time stipulated in the RFQ. Anticipated award date is on or about August 15, 2009.
