THE CONTRACTING OFFICER IS AWAITING INFORMATION FROM ENGINEERING BEFORE THE AMENDMENT CAN BE ISSUED. IF NECESSARY THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE WILL BE POSTPONED. THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE WILL BE NO EARLIER THAN 11 AUGUST 2009. COMPLETE DETAILS WILL BE IN THE AMENDMENT WHEN ISSUED. PLEASE REFER TO THE NOTES FROM THE SITE VISIT HELD 8 JUL 2009 REGARDING POTENTIAL CHANGES TO THE SOLICITATION.
