- Description
- The Charlestown Navy Yard, Boston, MA has a requirement to repaint the Commandant's House Exterior located at the Boston National Historical Park. This acquisition will require the contractor to paint the exterior of this historic house. This project has five option items. Base Construction Period is approximately 120 calendar days. Solicitation will be available on or about July 29, 2009 and can be downloaded from http://www.fedbizops.gov. Bid Opening date will be on or about August 28,2009. Solicitation will have the information regarding the walk thru. Contractors shall have experience working on historical sites. This acquisition has several trades. NAICS code is 238320 is the main trade. Option bid items consist of wood repairs, wood window sash, and storm windows. Price range between $250,000 and $500,000. Contractor shall be CCR certified and shall have experience working on historical housing.
