- INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement to procure (4) Fuel Pumps, P/N IPI-ST-6-12-1, (18) Berm Liner Assemply, 1000 Gallon Tank, P/N RC-IPI-RB/12131, (26) Generator, P/N IPI-ST-5-10-1, and (18) Collapsable Fabric Tank, P/N RC-IPI-FB/1000. The Statutory Authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, when there is a supply or service available only from one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the agency's needs. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis with Interstate Products, Inc, 3291 Sawyer Road, Sarasota, FL 34233 (800) 474-7294. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or sumbit proposals, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
