Added: <input type="hidden" name="dnf_class_values[procurement_notice][description][1][added_on]" value="2009-06-02 15:30:56">Jun 02, 2009 3:30 pm Modified: <input type="hidden" name="dnf_class_values[procurement_notice][description][1][modified_on]" value="2009-07-16 10:41:42">Jul 16, 2009 10:41 am Track Changes The Government has a requirement for an airborne roll on/roll off Ku Wide Band (WB) Satellite Communications (SATCOM) capability to support world-wide EC-130J Commando Solo and Super J missions. The WB SATCOM to be integrated into the aircraft is the ViaSat C-130 Ku Spread Spectrum (KuSS) center hatch mounted system and will be provided as GFE. The following supplies/services are required: Systems Engineering for integration/mod kit design, Mod kit installation/aircraft modification, Data to include product drawings, TO updates, operators and maintenance manuals, Training material, Spares, and Satellite access service during integration and test phases. This will be a fixed price-acquisition. The services and supplies in this acquisition are non-commercial. The acquisition will be available for full and open competition utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Source Selection procedures as found in FAR 15.101-2. The approximate issue date will be 31 July 2009 with an approximate response date of 31 August 2009.
