- Description
- The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. Project scope is to include upgrade and repair to the exterior of the existing building 3080, Malmstrom AFB, MT, to comply with Air Force Quality of Life Standards and conform to current HQ AFSPC design guidance in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. This is a Straddle B project. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 3 Aug 2009. The Request For Proposal will close on or about 2 Sep 2009. The Performance Period for this project is two hundred ten (210) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award. This acquisition is set aside for small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://ccr.edi.disa.mil/ccragent/p/sq1/ccr.welcome ). All responsible sources may submit an offer good through 1 Oct 09, which shall be considered by the agency. Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/ ). The magnitude of this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
