- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to the holders of the National Park Service IDIQ contract for General Engineering and Support Services: HDR, Inc., Louis Berger, and Mactec. The project is to revise and update existing construction documents that were completed in 2005 by HDR, Inc. for the replacement of historic stone guardwalls on the Blue Ridge Parkway, and include additional contract documents to reflect the increased size of the project. HDR, Inc., the Engineer of Record, has been selected for award of this work as the contractor who can most efficiently and cost effectively update and revise the contract documents they originally produced.
