- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Lightning Protection Corporation. The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to acquire 2 each of Surge Arresters, Manufacturer: Lightning Protection Corporation, P/N: MODELLPC2010-6-8R. Lightning Protection Corporation has been identified as the sole source company that can provide the item identified above that has been certified by the Air Force for use in a fielded system. Lightning Protection Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufcturer (OEM) for the above item. The Government does not own or have complete technical data to compete this requirement. If a potential quoter is capable of providing the above item, it may identify its interest and capability to John D. Rosenthal, Contracting Officer, E-Mail: john.rosenthal@lackland.af.mil no later than five(5) calendar days after the posting of this document.
